My name is Zsofi, I’m a food blogger (SweetHome.cafeblog.hu), and in Restaurant Days you can taste the dessert I used to bake for my blog.
For this event I will make:
- apple-caramel cake with mascarpone: chocolate sponge, a little apple, a little peanut in salted caramel sauce and mascarpone cream cheese filling
- spiced apple pie with meringue
- triple chocolate lamington: chocolate sponge filled with rum chocolate cream, covered with chocolate sauce and coconut
- carrot cake (not the dry one; it will be soft, moist and delicious)
- peanut-raisin oat cookies
- and of course there will be coffee and tea as well :)
The location:
Bánki Donát street 16, not far from Örs vezér square/Pillangó park. The entrance is from Padlizsán street, you will find a Restaurant Day logo on the door bell!
If you are coming by public transport: you can choose metro line 2 (Pillangó park station), trolleybus 80 and 80A (Róna utca), or various buses/trams coming to Örs vezér square, it’s not far as well.

A mostani Restaurant Day-en ezekkel a sütikkel várlak titeket:
- almás-karamellás torta mascarponehabbal: csokis piskóta, egy kis alma, egy kis földimogyoró sós karamellbe keverve és mascarponehab
- fűszeres almás pite némi habcsókkal a tetején (csak hogy legyen mit zsebsárkányozni)
- triplán csokis lamington (avagy kókuszkocka): kakaós piskóta rumos csokikrémmel töltve, csokiszószba mártogatva és kókuszba forgatva
- répatorta (nem a száraz fajta; finom puha, szaftos és illatos)
- mogyorós-mazsolás zabkeksz
- és persze lesz kávé és tea is, mint mindig! :)
A helyszín:
Bánki Donát utca 16, az Örs vezér terétől/Pillangó parktól nem messze. A lépcsőház a Padlizsán utcáról nyílik, a kapucsengőn keresd a Restaurant Day logót!
Közel van a 2-es metro (Pillangó utca), a 80 és 80A troli és 103-as busz (Róna utca), valamint az Örs vezér tere sincs messze gyalog sem.
A sütikért a megszokott módon becsületkasszán tudtok majd jutalmazni.
